RandomBlinds

RandomBlinds is designed to be run instead of WindowBlinds at startup. It looks in the Registry, finds your Skins folder, builds a list of skins, picks one at random, enters that skin into the Registry as your Startup skin, then launches WindowBlinds - hey presto a random skin is present.

Tested on 98 and 2k with an Object Desktop subscriber installation. Don't know if a registered WB user installation has Registry settings that may be different. if you have problems please contact me. The bottom line is try it and if it works for you great - it won't break anything.
