This little utility is designed to make it easy to change the WindowBlinds(tm) Explorer window transparency settings and the Explorer window text color.

TransTool now automatically reloads WB in order to update Explorer window tint when "Apply" or "OK" is pressed. The text color however only appears when a new instance of Explorer is opened or a full Apply of a skin from within the WB configuration dialog.

This utility was written in Visual Basic 6.0, to run it, you will need to download and install the following libraries if not already present on your system.
